Jéron Crooks, Founder
Jéron Crooks founded The RVA Accountant, PLLC as a way of giving back to those who can benefit from knowledge he acquired through becoming and working as a Certified Public Accountant for the last 6 Years. An entrepreneur and investor himself, he knows the ups and downs that come with taking risks to achieve new goals and wants to help others overcome the challenges associated with taking those risks and encourage his clients to continue to strive for their goals.
Over his 10-Year Professional Career, Jéron was apart of the team who prepared the Virginia Comprehensive Annual Financial Report; has served in an internal audit capacity for a locally headquartered publicly traded company; and for the last 6 years has consulted the Federal Government in various capacities to include; audit remediation, audit readiness, and financial reporting.
Jéron has always had a passion for entrepreneurship and has always shown unwavering support for those also embarking on their own entrepreneurial journeys. By understanding what most consider small or mundane tasks, Jéron has been able to forge strong working relationships throughout his career by maintaining his authentic personality, listening closely while engaging others to learn their business responsibilities and related processes, eliminating gaps and bottlenecks, delivering results that consistently exceed client expectations; and streamlining processes resulting in reduction of man hours needed to perform repetitive tasks.
